Request anytime. Confirm the response.

This page accepts requests around the clock. It does not guarantee 24/7 staffing, immediate dispatch, or a specific arrival time. Call to confirm what can be arranged.

Start with a call, not an assumption

Call (949) 844-2660 and explain what happened, where the facilities are needed, and when people will need access. An interrupted plumbing system, an unexpected guest increase, or a change to a project schedule each needs a different plan. State whether the request is for a replacement, extra capacity, or temporary facilities where none currently exist.

Regular business hours are Monday through Saturday, 7am–7pm. You can place an after-hours call or send a request at any time, but live response, dispatch, same-day delivery, and arrival times are subject to confirmation. A submitted form is not a booking or a promise that a truck is on the way.

The information that helps an urgent request

Have the full delivery address, a working callback number, the approximate number of users, and the expected rental duration ready. Describe the available placement space and whether there are gates, slopes, restricted access times, or a locked site. A contact who can meet the delivery driver may help avoid preventable delays.

If you already have portable restrooms, explain whether the issue is capacity, cleaning, a damaged unit, or location. Do not relocate rental equipment yourself without approval. Ask what temporary steps the site organizer can take while options are reviewed.

Choose usable capacity for the situation

An urgent rental still needs to be usable by the people on site. Discuss accessible options, handwashing needs, lighting, and the route from occupied areas to the restroom. If you are considering a trailer, confirm whether suitable utilities and a safe parking footprint are available.

A standard unit may be simpler to place than a trailer, but availability and the actual site determine what is practical. Ask for the proposed equipment details and any limitations before accepting a delivery. Do not treat a familiar-looking photograph as confirmation of the model you will receive.

Confirm the rental beyond the first delivery

Once an option is available, agree the delivery window, rental charges, service schedule, and collection plan. Explain if the end date depends on plumbing repairs, an inspection, or the return of permanent facilities. Ask how to extend the rental if your original schedule changes.

For any immediate threat to health or safety, contact the relevant emergency services or site authority. A portable restroom rental request is a facilities arrangement and does not replace emergency response.
